Jon

Jon Engine No.4

Jon has 30 years of experience in the live entertainment industry, from touring with bands in the Madchester era and production managing the legendary venue The Haçienda, to taking a key leadership role in the delivery of the Liverpool 2008’s Capital of Culture Opening Ceremonies. Jon has been instrumental in the inception and development of some of the UK’s most talked-about and well-loved festivals, including Parklife and Bluedot. He is regularly seen on panels at festival and event industry conferences and is rightly considered as an industry leader. Jon is a Patron of both The Loop and Attitude is everything.

Will

Will Engine No.4

Will has over 25 years of experience in the live events industry, starting agency side working on events and activations for major brands. Will moved from the world of branded events into festivals, assuming the role of Operations Director on 80,000 capacity Parklife and 30,000 capacity Kendal Calling. His responsibilities including licensing, security, policing and transport. Will is experienced in the differing demands of a 200 capacity press launch right through to a large urban metropolitan festival.

Tommy

Tommy Engine No.4

Tommy has over 25 years of experience in the live music and event industry, encompassing roles ranging from staging & rigging to tour & production management, through to project management and festival production management. He has toured extensively worldwide with several live and electronic artists as well as managing full technical production on several large scale shows such as Olympic Torch Relay 2012, Parklife, Festival No.6, Field Day, Snowbombing, Kendal Calling, and Bluedot.

Jim

Jim Engine No.4

Jim has over 25 years of experience across the industry, with a broad technical background encompassing theatre, arts, live events, brands, and music. Now focussing on technical project management and site design, recent projects include Festival No 6, Hull City of Culture, Kendal Calling Festival and more. Jim continues to be active within the theatre and live art sector, recognising the value that the creativity and attention to detail required by those disciplines bring to larger-scale events. Most recently Jim has been responsible for the full site management and reopening of the 10,000 capacity venue, Depot at Mayfield, Manchester’s newest arts and culture hub.
