From festivals to warehouse shows, we work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects, including Parklife, The Warehouse Project, and Lost Village. We thrive in a busy, collaborative environment and are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

This is not your typical 9–5 role – we’re after someone who’s motivated, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in across a wide range of projects and environments.

Role Overview

As Operations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of our events. You’ll support the Operations team across multiple projects, assist with logistical planning, liaise with suppliers, and ensure everything runs smoothly – both in the office and on-site. You’ll be involved in all phases of event production, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.

Your working hours will be split between being based at our Manchester Northern Quarter office and working on-site at events across Manchester and beyond

Key Responsibilities

  • • Work as part of the Operations team on major events including Parklife, Lost Village, and The Warehouse Project

  • • Assist with on-site delivery, including freelance staff coordination
Help source quotes, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships

  • • Support finance administration, including budget tracking and invoice processing

  • • Keep timelines and event documentation up to date

  • • Maintain clear and effective communication across internal teams and external partners

  • • Assist with all operational aspects of events – from planning to execution and post-event wrap

  • • Take ownership of various tasks across all EN4 projects, contributing wherever needed

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • A strong team player – collaborative, reliable, and ready to help out

  • Organised & proactive – able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Great with people – confident talking to suppliers and stakeholders

  • A clear communicator – written and verbal, internally and externally

  • Tech-savvy – comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel

  • Detail-oriented – able to handle admin, budgets, and confidential information with care

  • Events-savvy – ideally with some previous experience working in live events

  • Flexible with hours – happy to work evenings, weekends, and irregular shifts when required

  • Full-time office-based – must be able to work from our Manchester HQ daily

What We Offer

  • • Exposure to all aspects of event production
  • • Hands-on mentoring and training
  • • Opportunities for growth within a supportive, energetic team
  • • A collaborative working culture with a shared passion for live events

If you’re excited about the events world, enjoy solving problems, and love the idea of being part of a fast-moving production company, we’d love to hear from you.
