You’ll be involved in all phases of event production, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.
Your working hours will be split between our Manchester Northern Quarter office and working on-site at events across the UK.

Person Specification
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- A strong team player – collaborative, reliable, and ready to help out
- Organised & proactive – able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Great with people – confident talking to suppliers and stakeholders
- A clear communicator – written and verbal, internally and externally
- Tech-savvy – experienced and competent with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Specifically competent with Sheets/Excel.
- Detail-oriented – able to handle admin, budgets, and confidential information with care
- Site-savvy – must have at least 2 years experience working in outdoor live events and have a reasonable understanding of site infrastructure and equipment.
- Flexible with hours – happy to work evenings, weekends, and irregular shifts.
